AIDISA’S HISTORICAL INFORMATION

AIDISA Bolivia S.A. began operating in 1992 as a distributor of products for mass consumption under the management of Compañía Industrial de Tabacos S.A. (CITSA), a company that has been established in Bolivia since 1934.

The decision to form a distribution company was conceived as a result of having a highly specialized organization that could effectively reach the market

thanks to the incorporation of new distribution and sales systems in 1994. In 2000 we began expanding our coverage through a horizontal distribution system that was implemented in the three main cities. As of 2002 we extended our presence through the establishment of agencies in the rest of the country, which allowed us to reach the individual markets directly.

AIDISA is currently one of Bolivia’s most important distribution companies, thanks to its state-of-the-art distribution and sales systems, which have earned it the recognition of its suppliers as well as diverse organizations within the country’s commercial and economic sectors.
